Processing Time
Orders placed before 12PM GMT Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed. If further security checks are required, processing wont complete until you provide the requested information.

Please allow additional time for processing orders placed on and around release days, holidays, and sales. Due to the high volume of orders in busier times, processing can take 5-7 working days. Estimated shipping times will then be effective.

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Live Loud Out will make every effort to dispatch the order within one working day. Our cut off time for next working day delivery is 7pm each weekday. All orders placed from 7pm Friday will be dispatched the following working day. 

Since the UK formally left the EU in January 2021 there have been several changes to how we send parcels internationally. As all orders are currently shipped from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon receipt. In some cases, these may be calculated at checkout. Please see below for further information.

EU - As of 23rd August 2022, when purchasing from a country in Europe, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches their destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

USA – All orders above US $800 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department however all duties will be calculated and payable at checkout and there should be no additional costs upon delivery. 

*Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.

*Canada - Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds. The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items. You do not have to pay the GST on the following goods that are imported into Canada by mail: - goods worth CAN$20 or less; and - gifts from family members or friends who live abroad when the worth is CAN$60 or less. The Government of Canada has entered into agreements with certain provinces to collect the HST at a rate of 13 percent. If you live in a participating province, you will have to pay the HST instead of the GST.

All import duties, customs charges, taxes and admin fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control.

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?

These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at info@nabzsaad.com with you name and order number and they will be able to help locate your tracking details.

My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact info@nabzsaad.com with your name and order number.
